  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
  • Shipping fee of INR 200/- is charged on all COD orders
  • Express Delivery is eligible only on prepaid orders
  • Additional fee of INR 150/- is charged for ā€œExpress Deliveryā€
  • All prices are inclusive of GST.

  1. Since every piece is made to order, you will be sent a mail as soon as the order is received and will also contact you to confirm the same.
  2. Since each craftsman and artisanā€™s process is unique, shipping time may vary; on an average we take 10-15 working days before shipping your order.
  3. Ā Express shipping can be made withing 2 days of order
  4. In case of customisations, we will require additional time and an additional fee of INR 500/- will be charged.
  5. Our courier partner, will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday(excluding Public Holidays): 10 Am to 6 Pm.
  6. Address change will only be accepted if order has NOT been shipped from the warehouse.
  7. Email address must be mentioned in each and every order for smooth communication.
  8. As soon as your package is shipped, you will be sent an email containing your tracking information.
  9. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, though we will fully help in tracking the parcel if there is a problem from the delivery partnerā€™s end.
