  • As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your AWB tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.

AWB Tracking Terms:

  • Manifest pick-up: This means your order is ready to be shipped and waiting for UPS to pick it up from our warehouse.
  • Pick-up scan: This means it has left our facility and is on its way to you now.
  • In transit: Your order is on the move.
  • Out for delivery: Your item is really close, as in ‘on its way to your home this very moment.’
  • Exception: This unlikely scenario means that AWB has run into very bad weather and is rerouting your order.
  • If there is no activity for two days, we can help. Our number is +91 7896599579 don’t hesitate to call! If your package has been damaged or lost by AWB it takes up to 8-10 business before we can re-ship your order or give you full credit. 
  • Keep your jewellery secure by storing them in separate jewellery boxes/containers. This will prevent your jewellery pieces from getting tangled.
  • Never ever wear artificial Jewellery while doing dishes/laundry. It may ruin the colour and shine of your jewellery.
  • Also, never ever wear your artificial jewellery at a spa or in a pool because chlorinated water can react with the metal thereby causing the jewellery to change colour.
  • Put your jewellery away from lotions, perfumes, skincare/makeup products. You should always apply these products before wearing your BLING GIRLL JEWELLERY.
  • Remove your jewellery before you wash your face or take a bath. It will increase the life of your jewellery and will maintain its lustre as well.
  • NEVER SPRAY Perfume on your jewelley
  • Keep Them away from any Moisture

The Bling Girll Jewellery accepts credit cards payment online via the RazorPay gateway. We also accept cheque or bank transfer or COD. Your orders will only be processed upon successful payment. We do have International payment options.

Items with the status indicated as "In-stock, receive in 7 days" are designs that are in-stock, and they can be packed and sent out in about 7 working days.
 

Yes. Once your order has been submitted, we will email you on the progress or you may also login to your account online to view the order status. On the day of shipment, we will email you the shipping details that includesDelhivery/ Blue dart delivery-tracking information. You will be kept informed of the transportation process at every step.
 

To clean our jewelry, first rub a soft, dry toothbrush or a Q-tip on it to remove any dirt or grime.
